High school is almost over and four friends are going their separate ways as they go to college. But they have one more chance to spend some time together: Inspection 12, their favorite band, is playing one last concert in Jacksonville, FL.

Due to the anger and the fact that the situation has reached a breaking point, the discussion between the members of the group becomes increasingly serious and personal. Gloria, in an act of desperation, expresses her disagreement with the direction the group has taken.

Bubbles and his band, The Shitrockers, embark on a European rock tour and earn a spot opening for Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters.
