Всеки танц се изпълнява едновременно от всички членове на отбора. Форматът е на холандската продуцентска компания Ендемол. Според регламента всяка седмица има 2 състезателни вечери - в понеделник и вторник, а по-късно - в неделя и понеделник, като отборите представят по 1 танц в предварително зададен стил. Журито оценява и двата дни, а четирите отбора с най-нисък резултат биват номинирани за отпадане. В петък номинираните отбори изпълняват по 2 танца - 1 на известните личности и 1 на хореографите. Зрителите гласуват за своите фаворите и в края на предаването отборът с най-нисък процент зрителски вот напуска състезанието.

Through the process of a few artists establishing their own 'women's dance crew', we will all gather China's street dance professionals and female street dancers from all walks of life. The Israeli version of the popular British TV show Strictly Come Dancing. The show features local celebrities partnered with professional ballroom dancers, competing to be the most successful dancers in the contest. Each week the couple that gains the least votes from the show's judges and spectators is eliminated. Viewers vote for their favorites, in order to save them from elimination, via phone, SMS and online. Over 350,000 votes were cast on the show's 3rd season finale.

“Stage Fighter” is a survival program in which male dancers from ballet, contemporary dance, and Korean traditional dance genres will compete against each other in a ranked battle. The dancers will combine their unique dance styles with modern and popular dance elements to present spectacular group performances.

StarDance

Live to Dance was a United States television reality program and dance competition on the CBS network. Dancers from all over the country auditioned for Live to Dance in "specially constructed Dance Domes". Resembling the British dance competition series Got to Dance, the show was first shown on January 4, 2011, and was headlined by the American Idol judge Paula Abdul as lead judge with Andrew Günsberg as host. Judging alongside Abdul were Kimberly Wyatt, the former member of Pussycat Dolls, and Michael Jackson's long-time choreographer Travis Payne. The show was intended to rival So You Think You Can Dance and unlike most other reality shows, allowed dancers of all ages to compete. The series was not renewed for a second season. An Australian version was filmed in 2011.

Through choreography mission, and One-on-One mission, 21 solo dancers out of 40 dancers are chosen as the candidates for Mbitious Crew. However, only the top eight dancers will be selected as the members of Mbitious Crew, and the fate of these 21 dancers will be decided on Be the SMF!
