Makoto and Yura Onoda are a newly-wed couple with zero sexual experience. Yura is a shy and naive 25-year-old woman whose good looks grab men's attention, something that she dislikes because she gets embarrassed very easily. Hitori Bocchi, a girl with extreme social anxiety, has had only one friend throughout elementary school. When Bocchi learns they'll be split up after graduation, she makes a promise to her: "By the time of my middle school graduation, I'll make friends with everyone in my class." And if she can't... they won't be friends anymore?! But Bocchi has a hard time talking to people. When she gets nervous, her legs cramp. She can't look other people in the eye. She doesn't even know how to make friends! Every way she thinks of to make friends ends up failing. Will her friend-making plan pay off?!

A school club anime full of dreams and populated by nothing but cute girls. It won't grant any wishes, though!

The story follows a group of high school girls who are in the 'Going-Home Club'. Instead of doing regular club activities, the 'Going-Home Club' is dedicated to having as much fun as possible, by doing such things as playing video games or even simply feeding pigeons in the park.

The time is Taisho – an era filled with the scent of romance, where people's hearts still know compassion.

Miyoshi Hayashi is one quirky high-school student who enjoys doing fun things that don't always quite make sense. Despite being hard to pin down, his mysterious charm never fails to draw others to him. In order to finance his activities, he sometimes helps out at his parents' restaurant, allowing him to continue living by his motto, "It's comfortable to have enough free time to waste."

Kukuru Misakino, an 18-year-old high school girl working in an aquarium, meets Fuuka Miyazawa, a former idol who lost her place in Tokyo and escaped. Fuuka will spend her days in the aquarium with her own thoughts in mind. However, the crisis of closing is approaching for the aquarium, as the girls explore their dreams and reality, loneliness and friends, bonds and conflicts.

Set in year 300 of the Divine Era, heroes and shrine maidens were summoned after a crisis befell on the sacred tree. The Sanshuu Middle School Hero Club was transformed into a bountiful household with 27 of them gathered together. Headed by someone who has a strong sense of companionship, Inubouzaki Fuu, she is determined to make it a Hero Club Udon!

The boy who sits next to Yokoi in class, Seki-kun, is always up to something at his desk. He manages to somehow play very elaborate games without attracting the teacher's attention. From dominos, to shogi, to go, to mecha models, to playing with cats and more, he always has something new to do. Yokoi often finds herself getting reluctantly interested in his games, even though they always seem to end up getting HER in trouble with the teacher!

For high schooler Akiteru Oboshi, the whole youthful experience thing—like fun, friendships, and even having a girlfriend—is a complete waste of time. So when his best friend’s sister, Iroha Kohinata, keeps teasing him, Akiteru naturally finds it annoying. She practically lives in his room, she’s always on his bed, she’s just a raging storm of clinginess! Why is she only annoying around him?!

Yurie is just an ordinary middle school girl in the 1980's - until overnight she finds out that she is a Kami, or God, in the Shinto sense. When Yurie announces this fact to her best friend Mitsue, their classmate Mitsuri takes advantage of Yurie's new divinity to revitalize her family's dying shrine. Yurie is nicknamed Kamichu and now must go on with her godly duties while going to school and winning the heart of her crush, Kenji, while Mitsuri tries to replace her old shrine god Yashima with her.

Mayuko Chigasaki is an ordinary girl from the countryside, who now is attending university in big city Tokyo. She struggles each day to make ends meet while studying for her exams, barely scraping up the yen to afford bus fare to and from school. And at the end of the day, she comes home to a gluttonous, freeloading alien living in her closet!

A parody of a newscast, the show is a caricature of the political world, the media, personalities or more generally of French society and the current world.

The girls in a high school literature club do a little icebreaker to get to know each other: answering the question, "What's one thing you want to do before you die?" One of the girls blurts out, "Sex." Little do they know, the whirlwind unleashed by that word pushes each of these girls, with different backgrounds and personalities, onto their own clumsy, funny, painful, and emotional paths toward adulthood.

Our MC finds out that his school requires him to join a club and during his reluctant search he stumbles upon Tejina-senpai attempting magic tricks in her clubroom. Tejina-senpai has massive stage fright however and so now that she has an audience her attempts are simply comedic.
