Five years after the defeat of the Black Ghost organization and returning to their average lives, the 00 Cyborgs are called back into action to fight off cyborgs based off the Norse Gods, followed by a new enemy organization known as the Neo Black Ghost.

Fujimoto Shouji is a widowed single father who aspires to be a picture book author. Kana, his only daughter, is a big fan of Takasaki Minami, the singing idol on the children’s educational show “Let’s Sing With Big Sis!” One day, Shouji encounters Minami while she is outside of work. As a television icon for children, Minami is prohibited from romantic relationships, so she is lonely in her private life. Thus begins an adult love story with a songstress. (Inspired by the character Uta no Oneesan from the children’s show Okaasan to Issho.)

Due to family circumstances, Setsuna Kai is moving to a new city where he's supposed to live by himself in an apartment. Of course, there are many complications along the way, not the least of which being that the immortal is a female with a split personality, one achingly cute and the other being no-nonsense destructive power, and the romances that develop between.
