After buying an old coffee shop in a residential area of Tokyo, the master (Katsuhisa Namase) and his wife Yoko (Eiko Koike) rename the store and prepare to reopen it. Then, a girl in school uniform, Tokiyo (Kaho), comes into the store. She says she has been held captive for eight years by a man named Yamazaki and has escaped.

Billy (Giorgos Pyrpassopoulos) is a reporter with a rather unsteady love-life. He is a homosexual, but tends to be turned-off by the quirks of his various partners and has yet to fully commit to a relationship.

As the title indicates, the anime will let viewers experience ASMR in 180 seconds. In the story, the heroine challenges her classmates to share in her hobby of recording ASMR works.
