An anthology of various tales with robots being the one common element among them. It consists of nine shorts by different well-known directors, many of whom started out as animators with little to no directing experience. Each has a distinctive animation style and story ranging from comedic to dramatic story lines.

It's the 30th century and time travel is illegal. To help monitor and police time crimes, the Time Protection Department is founded. But when Don Dolnero and his nefarious gang manage to trick four new TPD cadets into allowing them travel to the 20th century, the four cadets are forced to pursue them for the sake of history. There, in a time foreign to them, the cadets enlist Tatsuya Asami, a young martial artist, to aid their mission. Together, these five youngsters become the Timerangers. And though they try to live as ordinary 20th-century citizens, the Timerangers dedicate their lives to stopping Dolnero and others that may follow in his footsteps, attempting to forever alter the proper timeline!

The story follows a little shark character, Kozame-chan's adventures in Yauo town, which smells "nostalgic." From radio exercises to festival stalls to meeting with friends, Kozame-chan has a variety of heartwarming experiences in the town.

Suddenly, the evil Star-Face and his sexadolls attack Romana in order to take over so Star-Face can become the next High Official. Yumi Hanazono loves flowers. She does not perform well in school, but loves to draw, and wants to be a manga artist. Her family runs a flower shop so she has grown up with a floral appreciation. Yumi is a very good artist, but does not always use the best judgement when she chooses her subjects. On the day of the Flower Festival, she entertains the other children by drawing portraits of the Lady Fukurokouji on the walls of her mansion. An angry Fukurokouji makes her clean the entire wall, but as she is doing so, she sees Fukurokouji about to destroy a dandelion. After saving it, she replants it in a tulip field. To her surprise, it starts speaking to her. The voices belong to Kakimaru and Keshimaru, two flower elves who have come to the Human World to grant Yumi special powers as a reward for her kindness.

Touya Fujii is a twenty-year-old college student dating a rising singer named Yuki Morikawa. Along the way, they are faced with numerous challenges throughout the course of events at Fuji’s college. Be prepared for an exciting journey!

Loki, the Norse god of mischief, has been exiled to the human world for what was apparently was a bad joke. Along with being exiled, he’s forced to take the form of a child. He’s told the only way he can get back to the world of the gods is if he can collect auras of evil that take over human hearts, and so to do this he runs a detective agency. Loki is soon joined by a human girl named Mayura who is a maniac for mysteries, and she soon helps out in her own way. However, soon other Norse gods begin to appear, and most have the intent to assassinate Loki for reasons unclear.

The story follows amateur mangaka Chika Suzugamori, who, after going through rejection on several drafts for lack of inspiration, spontaneously heads north to instead propel herself on a journey of self discovery.
