A baby woodpecker mistakes Jerry for his mother. The mouse rejects the newly hatched bird but soon finds himself protecting it against his feline nemesis, Tom.

Chased by Tom around the barnyard, Jerry takes refuge under a hen, who, in her nest, is sitting on eggs. Tom has to figure out ways to get Jerry out from under the protective hen.

Chicken Little spreads the word but when head man Cocky Locky proves the story to be false, Foxy Loxy spreads rumors that Cocky Locky isn't the smart chicken he appears to be, which leads to the ultimate undoing of the chickens at the hands of Foxy Loxy.

The goat will get to taste doughnuts, the horse will sing Christmas carols with Fantorangen, and the hen will learn to walk around the Christmas tree. Well, almost, anyway. The cow will get a Christmas tree in her stall, and Fantorangen and Eddie will make porridge for the barn elf. And on New Year's Eve, they will pop popcorn for all the animals. In addition, Fantorangen will unwrap gifts with music videos and other fun clips. There's so much to look forward to!

Porky runs a farm; we see him plowing the fields. But it's primarily a poultry farm; as the sign says, "For sale: Miracle eggs if it's a good egg, it's a miracle." A rabbit, doing a Jack Benny impression (Jack Bunny), paints and inspects eggs. He starts to smash and reject a black egg, but it hatches into a black baby bird doing a Rochester impression. We next visit the Eddie Cackler family, (Eddie Cantor) who have been trying without success to have a son; the next five eggs hatch, and they are again all girls. A Bing Crosby lookalike comes by with a stroller full of sons, and Eddie asks for his secret; he demonstrates by crooning to a chick, who lays dozens of eggs with boys names on them. Eddie croons to his wife, but in a higher pitch, then dances out singing the theme song to other caricatures. The egg hatches, but in answer to Eddie's question, is it really a boy? "Mmmm... could be."

Pluto accidentally hatches a bunch of chickens and looks after them until the hen returns.
