Nick News with Linda Ellerbee is an educational children's and teenagers' television show on Nickelodeon that has been shown since 1992. Nick News takes the form of a highly rated and recognized news program for children and teenagers alike, discussing important social, political and economic issues in a format intended for both children and adults. The show is famous for allowing normal teenagers to speak out on their own personal opinions on a number of past and current worldwide issues and topics, including events such as Black History Month.

Dr. Sébastien Kfoury and his three young veterinary assistants are on a mission to ensure that animals around the world are healthy and happy. Along the way, Dr. Seb and his team uncover important facts about different animals: Can we cut the whiskers off a cat? Why do felines see in the night? How do parrots manage to speak? Entertainment Tonight Canada first aired on September 12, 2005 and covers both Canadian and international entertainment affairs encompassing film, television, music, sports, theatre, fashion, special events and awards shows. Entertainment Tonight Canada collaborates closely with and is patterned after its American counterpart, Entertainment Tonight. In most Canadian television markets, the American edition of Entertainment Tonight airs back-to-back alongside Entertainment Tonight Canada.

A monthly sports newsmagazine which was "spawned by the fact that sports have changed dramatically, that it's no longer just fun and games, and that what happens off the field, beyond the scores, is worthy of some serious reporting," according to Bryant Gumbel, the host.
