Tom hears a ghost story on the radio and is spooked by it; Jerry notices this and takes advantage of it, using a variety of tricks to scare Tom.

Located in Madrid's Plaza del Sol, Km. 0 is the point from which all distances in Spain are measured from the capital. In Km. 0, it is also the meeting point for a gallery of characters. In the year 80 AMM (After Mickey Mouse) on the anthropomorphic animal-controlled Planet X, a party of mafioso cats plot to enact a genocide against the mouse population of the world.
