Fadli is a member of the NTSF who wants to take revenge on the ESLM (extra sensory liberation movement) which is believed to be the cause of his father's death 20 years ago. After the existence of the Helang in ESLM, the NTSF is increasingly threatened when the Helang try to destroy their organization.
