An anthology of four stories that sheds light on modern relationships from the viewpoint of the Indian woman.

Sanjay wanted to pursue art, but his father forced him into a career as a train conductor. Unhappy, he meets and falls in love with Shalini but is pressured into an arranged marriage when his father comes to find out. Feeling trapped, he turns to drinking and brothels, until he gets one final chance to escape with Shalini and start his life anew.

Shehnaz rejects Zubin's romantic proposal because she finds him boring. Later, Zubin gains confidence after meeting Ruby. Just as their romance blossoms, Shehnaz returns to Zubin's life. What unexpected twist awaits him?

Rahul Khanna (Vinay Anand) and Sonia Chopra (Pooja Batra) are in love, they seek the blessings of their elders, Mahendra Pratap Khanna (Kiran Kumar), Mr. Chopra (Sadashiv Amrapurkar) and Mrs. Chopra (Kunika), and get married. During their honeymoon, Sonia, who is very ambitious, tells Rahul that he should start his own business, away from his father, and stand on his own feet. Rahul does so, and starts a modelling agency. His immediate rival is Sanjeev Verma (Faraaz Khan), who is very successful.

Unable to handle the taking of his kingdom by an Indian Government decree, the Maharaja kills himself. His son, Jaipal, takes over as the Maharaja, turns rebel, and refuses to hand over his title and kingdom to the Government. It is in this background that Police Superintendent Dhirendra Singh assumes his duties.
