David Cuevas is an Indigenous Latino American family man who works as a gangland tax collector for high ranking Los Angeles gang members. He makes collections across the city with his partner Creeper making sure people pay up or will see retaliation. An old threat returns to Los Angeles that puts everything David loves in harm’s way.

During the deal, Warner is caught by Nick Miles, an undercover cop, who offers him a deal to help take down a fentanyl organization. Warner assists by killing a target but soon gets caught in a web of danger, with explosions targeting him and his loved ones.

This looks like an all too familiar, somewhat clichéd story of rescuing a loved one kidnapped by an unidentified villain, but the multiple hidden meanings in the title of this movie, slowly but surely begin to reveal themselves.

As TV cameras grind away, the three ersatz Kings surreptitiously ride out of the gates of the asylum—on camels—and into the mean streets of LA. As the story draws to its conclusion, the three escapees find themselves providing a Christmas miracle (but not in the form of rap) for a group of homeless people on the outskirts of the city.

Japanese martial arts sensation Junya Takagi (student of the great Sonny Chiba), stars as a young Bushido Master who travels to China in search of clues to his father's murder. He discovers that the Ninjas were responsible for his death and now they have teamed up with the vagabonds and Mongols, and are planning a coup of the Chinese government. The young Busliido fighter forms an alliance with some top Kung Fu men to stop the coup and get revenge for his father in this rare Chinese/Japanese co-production.

After a woman discovers her husband cheating on her, she decides to go on a road trip with her husband's mistress. While driving the two women pick up a hitchhiker, who may be on the run from the cops. With the police on their tail, the women inadvertently fall in with the criminal.

Three young martial arts brothers, played by Chi Kuan-chun, Alexander Fu Sheng and Leung Kar-yan, go in search of fellow patriots dissatisfied with Imperialist foreigners and wind up joining a rising sect of the Boxers, led by an opportunistic conman. Named as such for their use of martial arts, these boxers are revolutionaries who believe that spirits protect their bodies from foreign guns. They even dupe the Empress Dowager, who gives them her royal blessing to fight the foreigners.
