A compilation of 7 short films exploring first love, revenge, new beginnings and more are unwrapped in this exciting collection from first-time directors from Portugal, Taiwan, Belgium, the UK and the USA. The short films are: Gypsy [Cigano] (2013), Talking To My Mother (2014), Dawn (2012), Spilt Milk (2016), Dinner Confession [亲密告白] (2015), Pittsburgh (2013), Kiss Me Softly [Kus me zachtjes] (2012).

A filmmaker talks about his work and love life with an unseen friend behind the camera. We also watch four of his short films.

Three tales of love, ambition, and neurosis unfold in the city that never sleeps. In "Life Lessons" (Martin Scorsese), a tormented painter channels heartbreak into his art. In "Life Without Zoë" (Francis Ford Coppola), a precocious 12-year-old navigates privilege and loneliness in a Manhattan hotel. And in "Oedipus Wrecks" (Woody Allen), a man’s domineering mother literally becomes a looming presence over New York.

Why do we suffer so much if we're just a flea on the Milky Way's back? That's what Erika wants to find out. She's a teenager with generalized anxiety disorder, and as she gets older she discovers that she doesn't fit in with social norms and lives day after day in anguish trying to discover her own personality, which is why she creates a podcast to understand what she's feeling.

A short film based on the book by Slovak author Pavol Zeleňák, "Keď sú tajomstvá iba služobné" (When Secrets Are Only Official). In four tragicomic short stories—banking, confessional, medical, and state secrets—the viewer learns what can happen when bank clerks, priests, doctors, and ministers reveal or abuse official secrets. Regardless of the reason for their actions, they can cause curious problems or even tragedy.

Like tears in the rain, water is the metaphor for growing pains and so much more in these four tales about young boys coming to terms with a host of emotions for the very first time. Chandamama Kathalu is an upcoming Telugu anthology film directed by Praveen Sattaru and produced by Chanakya Bhooneti.The film has eight sub-stories revolving around love.The lives of the central characters in the sub-plots get intertwined with each other.Lakshmi Manchu, Aamani, Naresh, Krishnudu, Chaitanya Krishna, Abhijeet, Naga Shaurya, Vennela Kishore, Amitha Rao and Richa Panai play the lead roles.[4] Mickey J Meyer composed the music.The shooting was wrapped up in December 2013.

Kadhaveedu' is a dedication to Malayalam being accorded the Shresthabhaasha (Malayalam has been declared a Classical language in 2013) status and presents, as a single entity, three different stories penned by the doyens of Malayalam literature - Vaikkom Muhammed Basheer, M T Vasudevan Nair and Madhavikutty. The film is an anthology with adaptations of stories written by renowned Malayalam fiction writers Basheer, M. T. Vasudevan Nair and Madhavikutty (Kamala Surayya).. The stories have been tweaked to fit in a modern setting and the script has been conceived by the director himself.

The common theme of the short story film is the famous duels between two important historical figures: Pushkin and Casanova. Pushkin's tragic duel, which ended his life prematurely, is portrayed in connection with the creation of his short story "The Dirty Shot", while Casanova's story is conceived in a rather ironic and humorous way. The point is that the famous seducer never actually seduced, on the contrary, all his life he was in a constant battle with female seductions.

Forbidden love stories where gay men navigate the intense conflict between their deep-seated religious beliefs and their passionate desires. The 7 short films are: A Particular Friend (2023); Venena Bibas (2016); Keeping Faith (2017); Give Up the Ghost (2020); Barely in Love [לאהוב בקושי] (2013); The Vigrant [연극하는 날] (2021); Longing [אישך, תשוקתך] (2014).

“Urban Motives 4.1” is an anthology film consists of 5 short movies by 5 Azerbaijani directors. The first, by Anar Abbasov, is about a relationship between a man and women who live next door; second, by Ru Hasanov, is about a life of a musician who is different from others with his mentality; third, by Teymur Ismayilov, tells a story of a young worker who has his own dreams; fourth, by Jafar Akhundzade, is about traumas caused by war; and the last one, by Vugar Islamzadeh, is a story about a criminal group and an officer who wants to take revenge.

‘Her’ features five strong, unrestrained female characters, in a hyperlink narrative that celebrates womanhood in all its myriad forms. The story represents today’s women from varied backgrounds coming out of their comfort zones to live life to the fullest.

In the first of three parts, we follow Luper through three distinct episodes: as a child during the First World War; as an explorer in Mormon Utah; and as a writer in Belgium during the rise of fascism.

This includes a waitress serving a grouchy loan shark, an altercation between two motorists, an ill-fated wedding reception, and a wealthy businessman who tries to buy his family out of trouble.
