A satire of life in modern Greece, presented through a series of different stories about sex. There are several couples and their relation with sex in parallel stories that come together in a hilarious way.

Primo and Secondo, two immigrant brothers, pin their hopes on a banquet honoring Louis Prima to save their struggling restaurant.

Mrs. Nínive Cánovas Cannesi (Marshall) comes back from a long tour visiting Europe and not even realizes that her house is being inhabited by two jobless and homeless bandits (Tin Tán and Tun Tún) with master keys who had been living there worry free. They all share the house for a period of time, unknowingly to each other, in a series of well crafted and perfectly timed scenes where Catita and Tin Tán can be in the same room without seeing each other... When Tin Tán notices her presence, poses as the help, intercepting the real employees and sending to the north pole, literally. So now that Catita has them at her service, she can take time for her real goal, the foundation of a House for old people so they can live happy until the day they die, but Tin Tán and Tun Tún keep getting in her way and complicating everything...

Ms. Byzantiou is a passionate writer who stays at the hotel “Paradise” together with other eccentric tenants. When the friend of a hotel boy, who is planning to marry a young tenant, arrives at the same time with a couple of newlyweds, Ms. Byzantiou is inspired to write about a dramatic love affair.

A naive provincial, Kitsos, who lives in Athens, accepts to work as a doorman in the apartment building where his old friend Aris lives, in order to help him marry the owner's daughter, Poly. Because the latter is quite a difficult character, Kitsos is forced to play the fool. Then, he discovers that Poly is in love with another resident of the apartment building, the famous singer Yannis Vogiatzis. Poly's father assigns Kitsos to monitor his daughter, because he suspects something, while his maid manages to charm him, and marry him, and the apartment building is disturbed by his incredible antics.

Vasilis is a poor conservative man who works in a company and tends to buy the lottery very often - but with no luck. His life will turn upside down when his younger sister turns out to be an anarchist and gets involved with a leftist rebellious man he already knows and hates. Eventually, in an ironic twist of faith, the two of them will earn millions and gain the exact lifestyle they used to fight against and Vasilis will lose his mind.

A year has passed in postwar Tokyo, and struggling writer Chagawa enters the Akutagawa Prize competition in hopes of securing a better future for the boy in his care, while the Suzuki family unexpectedly take in a new relative who looks down on their humble way of life.

Pelopidas and his wife, Pelagia, receive a visit from their fiery daughter, Dora, who announces that she is separating from her husband, Haris. Before they have time to recover from the shock, their other daughter, Yuli, bursts in and announces that she is also getting divorced. The reason for all this is the new fashion of mini skirts, as women demand the freedom to choose how they dress, but men do not accept the mini. The youngest daughter follows her sisters' example and breaks off her engagement, as does their voluptuous aunt, who also leaves her husband. Pelopidas, trying to reason with his daughters, also asks for a divorce from Pelagia, who leads him by the nose.

The director decides to take advantage of the heretofore unexploited talent of the girl and asks her to replace the leading actress. This unexpected opportunity transforms her from a humble usherette into a shining star. Later on, she wins the heart of the leading actor with whom she was secretly in love. However, her sudden rise to theatrical-musical stardom creates complications in their love affair, as her companion sinks into disappointment and drowns himself in drink, abandoning his career. Nevertheless, the usherette/leading actress doesn't give up; She looks for him, finds him and supports him, psychologically and morally, until he makes a comeback to the stage and their love nest.

George finished his studies and returned to Greece and his father, Anthony Delistavrou, assigned to the plant in order himself to live his life. One day, while Grigoris is working and singing at a construction site, a conductor, Vangelis, and two bouzouki musicians happen to pass by. They listen, enchanted by his limpid voice, and suggest that he becomes a member of their orchestra. Thus, the newly-wed day laborer gets a second job at Mr. Lefteris’ night club. His wife, Marina, soon joins him at the club, and, before long, she too goes on stage, cuts capers and charms everyone. Her success, however, has a negative impact on the couple’s relationship, since Marina’s admirers as well as those of Grigoris’, turn one away from the other.

Unfortunately, the "one last spin" ends up being an all-night and all-day scramble to stay out of trouble, as they are confronted with situation after sometimes bizarre situation that prevents them from returning the "borrowed" Streetcar!

It is made by the honest engraver in the first story, seduced by the charms of a young widow, and it subsequently passes into the hands of a beggar and a prostitute, a wealthy miser and a newly married couple where the husband is a poor artist.
