They need his super human blood to regenerate a stronger youth serum. They kidnap Santo's goddaughter, Norma and lure him into Dr. Frankenstein's lab where he is captured and enslaved. Will Santo make it out alive?

The diabolical Dr. Frankenstein continues his quest to perfect his brain transplant operation to bring back his deceased wife at any cost - even if it means playing with the lives of others. It'll take both heroes to go up against the dastardly doctor and go mano a mano with his super strong zombie Golem.

When some thieves break in and steal some crates, El Santo is after them because they are using the wharehouse for diamond smuggling. Capulina hinders their capture. Then he decides that he will put on a wrestler's mask and help El Santo to caputre the crooks.

The adventurers ignore the warning, and before long, the Mummy starts bumping them off one-by-one with his bow & arrow.

Santo, a Mexican wrestler/Interpol agent works with the Colombian authorities in an attempt to recover the emerald and to stop Dr. Igor and his subordinates, as well.
