October, 1987, Autumn. In Suganami, Tokyo, there lives the Kinoshita family whereby the father draws very little pay out of his job as an ordinary salaryman. In order to cover expenses, he decides to let out the second floor of their apartment to earn additional rental income. One day, an obstinate-looking eldery dog, accompanied by a younger boy-dog, came knocking on their doors. The eldery dog addresses himself as Norayama Kuroyoshi and introduces his grandson as Norakuro. The former wants to open a detective agency and intends to rent the unit for their office. He will be the president of the investigative bureau while Norakuro-kun will be the director. He will also recruit one of the Kinoshita's sons, Keita-kun, as his employee and their advisor will be the girl-next-door, a high school student by the name of Rika Sawaguchi. On the third day since the official opening of the office, the telephone rang, a signal of a new case.

Annie and Peter Mayle decide, in their own words, to take the plunge: they quit their jobs as a tax investigator and an advertising executive and move to Provence in the south of France. Their experience in their first month go from outstanding to downright puzzling. Harris Against the World is one of three NBC sitcoms set in a California apartment complex located at 90 Bristol Court. It stars Jack Klugman as Alan Harris, a resident of the apartment and the superintendent of a large Hollywood movie studio.

Flipside was a sketch and mockumentary comedy series broadcast late Saturday nights on ABC TV (Australia) in 2002. "Extremely popular amongst Australian TV fans in particular and comedy devotees in particular, Flipside offered a potpourri of zany sketches, music, monologues, and mockumentaries. Marika is a gothic lolita, who after falling asleep wakes up in the strange Island town of Galihabara. There she meets Galileo Galilei and other famous historical scientific figures, who may not quite be as you remember them! Aired as an educational cartoon with comedy elements to introduce children to scientific concepts in an entertaining fashion, this cartoon made up part of the Suiensa block of programming.

At a young age, Jason witnesses the brutal deposement and murder of his father at the hands of his uncle Pelias. Twenty years later, Jason returns home to claim his rightful place as king, but Pelias orders him to be executed, and in order to save himself Jason is forced to go on a dangerous quest to find the legendary Golden Fleece. So Jason gathers a motley crew of men and sets sail on the Argos.

Ryu Suzaku (Rick Wheeler) was a police detective who got into a near-fatal car accident while pursuing the criminal Zoda. He was placed into artificial coldsleep for 150 years. Ryu is brought back to life by Jody Summer and Dr. Stewart, who work with a group of good racers who try to keep prize money out of the hands of unsavory people like the Dark Million Organization run by Black Shadow and Deathborn, including a revived Zoda.

A couple, Jet and Glindy, live on a planet named Jeepers, where society is uniform and artistic qualities are shunned. Jet and Glindy, meanwhile, are artists and performers. Jet's parents do not approve, and they tell Jet and Glindy that art is not everything in life. However, another boy, named Nixon, is dropped next door from a spaceship. He had been evicted from Groovenia, which he tells Jet and Glindy is a paradise for artists.

Trevor Beasley (Richard Griffiths), a schoolteacher, has his head stuck firmly in the past, despite having a new house, a new job, and a new baby. Also stars Frances de la Tour, Tim Healy, Anita Carey, and C.J. Allen.

Two girls with a twisted fate, born on the same day, Lee Eun Hee (Bae Doo Na) and Lee Keum Hee (Kim Yoo Mi) live their lives as sisters. Living a life of poverty with their family, kind and considerate Eun Hee sacrifices her educational chances to better herself for her older sister Keum Hee. Eun Hee’s true identity unbeknownst to her, one day a wealthy older man comes to their home requesting the return of his long lost granddaughter. Due to an accident that caused the death of her husband, in spitefulness, the girls mother returns the wrong granddaughter to the older wealthy man and leaves the real granddaughter in a life of struggling and hardship.

Me and Mrs. C is an American sitcom that aired on NBC from June 21, 1986 to July 4, 1987. The series stars Peg Murray as Mrs. Conklin, a money-strapped widow who, in order to avoid moving in with her son, decides to take a boarder into her picture-postcard suburban home, and Misha McK as Gerri Kilgore, the young black female boarder with a criminal record.
