Two con men, Vijay and Ajay, manage to hoodwink a number of wealthy people as well as Police Commissioner Khanna. Their lives undergo many changes, after a caper at a casino, where Vijay is recognized by a gangster named P.K., who decides to separate the two friends by claiming that Ajay is his long-lost son; insinuating that Vijay has not been completely forthright with Ajay; and implicating him in the murder of a male named Mac. When senior police inspector Vishwa Pratap Singh arrests Dr. Michael Dang, the leader of the international terrorist group PSO, the group blast the jail Dang is lodged in killing huge numbers of inmates including two of Vishwa's sons and his daughter-in-law; with Dang escaping in the process. Vishwa, who now calls himself Dada Thakur, enlists three death row inmates and sets out to avenge his family's slaughter.

Then a man is found dead wearing the clothes of Kumar Vijay, and Kumar Vijay must now decide to stay away from his new residence, or continue to live there, and fear for his life everyday until death.
