Wandering “Saoshi”, Kikunosuke Kagurazaka cures frustrated women with his sexual technique. He comes across a man called Ishida, an owner of an adult entertainment complex in Kabukicho. Ishida controls girls using erotic hypnosis and makes them work as prostitutes. Kikunosuke, who has been looking for missing Rie, finds out that Rie is working under Ishida. Rie is one of the victims under the erotic hypnosis. Kikunosuke challenges Rie in sex battle and successfully brings her to her senses by his sexual technique “Kinuta”. Then he finds out Ishida’s dark past. Kikunosuke beards Ishida who reigns over Kabukicho. One after another, Ishida sends out his girls to put kikunoske under his spell in vain. Although its title indicates three personalities, the heroine of cult filmmaker Hisayasu Sato’s downbeat multiple-personality tale actually exhibits four, going from loving wife to crazed slut to insane child to depressed adolescent. As usual, Sato fills the film with alienation, kinky sex, and psychological subplots.

In the autumn of 1945, Petty Officer Tadashi Yamaji is among the numerous war crimes suspects facing death on the gallows for maltreatment of Allied women and children interned in camp Kampili. Kampili is located some ten kilometers outside Macassar on the island of Celebes. Eighteen-hundred Allied women and children were interned for the duration of the war. As the tides of war changes, Allied planes bomb the camp in error. But the surrender of Japan changes everything, and the internees join forces to save their former camp commander from the gallows.

After she is raped on her first assignment, Kikuchi is understandably shocked, but quickly warms to her new career and becomes quite the professional. Unfortunately, her husband soon discovers the true nature of her work.
