Manatsu Natsuumi is a first-year junior high school student born and raised on a small island. On the day she moves from the island, She meets Laura, a mermaid girl who has come to the earth alone in search of the legendary warrior, PreCure. Laura's hometown, Grand Ocean, is attacked by a witch who lives in the dark depths of the ocean, and all of their motivational power is taken away. It is said that if the motivational power of humans is also taken away, the world will be in deep trouble. Laura is captured by the witch's servant, and Manatsu transforms into Cure Summer to save her.

Former delinquent Cornelius Fillmore saw the light, and now fights on the side of justice at X Middle School. Joining him is Ingrid Third, who has a photographic memory. Together, Fillmore and Third fight all those who attempt to break the rules at X, all while keeping Jr. Commissioner Vallejo off their backs and trying to please the school's overly-image-conscious Principal Folsom. Fillmore! is an American animated television series which was produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. The series was created by Scott M. Gimple and directed by Christian Roman. It was the last series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation alone, without association with Disney Channel.

Unfabulous is an American children's television series that aired on Nickelodeon. The series is about an "unfabulous" 7th Grade middle school student named Addie Singer, played by Emma Roberts. The show, which debuted in late summer 2004, was one of the most-watched programs in the United States among children between the age of 10 and 16 and was created by Sue Rose, who previously created the animated series Pepper Ann and Angela Anaconda.

Shunsuke Aoba has just transferred to a new school and can’t wait to attend. Excitedly, he sprints to the school but, upon arrival, finds that no one is there. As he is about to eat his lunch, he meets a student named Natsumi. Shunsuke gives her some of his food, and the two strike up a conversation. Natsumi was born as a so-called SL girl, a particularly tall girl. She herself accepts her specialness but is rejected by many of her classmates. How will Shunsuke react to this? Will their initial friendship continue?

The New Archies is a children's television cartoon, based upon the long-running Archie comic books and characters. The series, produced by DIC Entertainment and originally airing on NBC, re-imagined Archie Andrews, Betty Cooper, Veronica Lodge, Jughead Jones, Reggie Mantle, and the other teenage students of Riverdale High School as pre-teens in junior high. Thirteen episodes of the show were produced, which all aired during the show's first and only season in 1987 and were repeated in 1989. A short-lived Archie Comics series was produced bearing the same title and set in the same universe as the animated series. Reruns of the series ran on The Family Channel's Saturday morning lineup, 1991 to 1993 and on Toon Disney from 1998 to 2002.

Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro couldn't be more different. Maeda-san is living alone in rented accommodations for the first time after finding employment. In his tiny, no-bath apartment he is visited by Chie Satonaka, who looks like the little sister he never had, but turns out to be the landlord of this apartment building. Chie's high degree of competence when it comes to cooking and housework, sometimes makes her appear very much older than the middle school girl she actually is. Maeda-san's other neighbour, Reiko Shirai, quite jealously tries to guard the cute landlord for herself though. And so Maeda-san's otherwise uneventful life, supposedly living alone, suddenly becomes quite lively...
