This show is rated "M" for "Meat". Meet Rahm Fahma. A chef and meat nerd originally from New Mexico, Rahm combs the country for the choicest cuts. He obsesses over meat with fellow chefs, local foodies, and passionate chowhounds across the United States. Rahm makes several stops in each episode to sample meaty fare. From meatballs in New York and chicken-fried steak in Texas to loaded gourmet hotdogs in Chicago, Rahm's carnivorous curiosities uncover the most mouth-watering meats and the side dishes that so perfectly complete them.

International vacation resorts are spotlighted, along with hotels, cuisine and local attractions.

Gordon's Great Escape is a television series presented by chef Gordon Ramsay. Series 1 follows Ramsay's first visit to India, where he explores the country's culinary traditions. Produced by One Potato Two Potato, in association with Optomen, the series aired on three consecutive nights between 18 to 20 January 2010 as part of Channel 4's 'Indian Winter' promotion. The second series aired in May 2011, where Ramsay explored the culinary traditions of Southeast Asia, visiting Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Presented by Neil Oliver, A History of Scotland is a television series first broadcast in November 2008 on BBC One Scotland and later shown UK-wide on BBC Two during January 2009. The second series began on BBC One Scotland in early November 2009, with transmission at a later point on network BBC Two. Along with the series, BBC Scotland planned a range of radio programmes, a new website, an interactive game, and concerts. The Open University, in collaboration with the BBC, also created a series of audio walks around historic locations in Scotland, with narration from Oliver. In Australia, series one aired on SBS One Sundays at 7:30pm from 6 December 2009 to 3 January 2010. Series two commenced on 24 October 2010 running until 21 November in the same Sunday night Lost Worlds strand. It has since been repeated.

On his journey, Simon charts the seasonal cycles of the natural world, as summer is transitioning into autumn.

Getaway is Australia's longest-running travel television program. Debuting on 14 May 1992, it is broadcast on the Nine Network and TLC. Its main competitor was The Great Outdoors on the Seven Network until 2009. A New Zealand version of the program, with some local content, used to be broadcast on TV One and Prime TV. The first season only looked at only Australian resorts and locations, but by 1993 had expanded to look at overseas destinations.
