Giggle and Hoot is a TV "wrapper" programme for the Australian children's channel ABC2. It also aired on ABC1 in 2010-2011, but was later discontinued on that channel. It began in 2010. The show depicts of the adventures of Jimmy Giggle, and his best friend Hoot the owl.

Based on the blockbuster films, this action-packed animated series starts a decade after the original Ghostbusters saved New York City from ghosts, goblins and ghouls. All the guys have left town, except Egon, now teaching a Paranormal Studies class at the local university. But Zuul, the all-powerful demon, has awakened from hibernation to wreak havoc on the unsuspecting masses. It's only a matter of time before Egon, Janine, old pal Slimer and the “kids” band together to rid the city of the evildoers.

The Raccoons is a Canadian animated television series which was originally broadcast from 1985 to 1991 with three preceding television specials from its inception in 1980 and one direct to video special in 1984. The franchise was created by Kevin Gillis with the co-operation of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

The series concept was launched at Cartoon Forum and was nominated for BEST PILOT at Cartoons on the Bay.
