Lucas, a sociology professor, visits the city of Rosario to give a talk. There, he meets Clara through an application that connects two people in the same city to accompany her. What initially is a simple walk from Clara's neighborhood to her work becomes the rediscovery of the relationship between a city, whose architectural heritage remains hidden between the hubbub of the city and its past.

Felix, a trans man, narrates from the stage of his dreams the moment a figure from the past arrived to steal his success, while fragments of his story suggest that not everything is as he makes it seem.

Lacho Cuevas is the old thief of the town, exiled years ago because of his crimes. However, due to a series of robberies against the town's merchants, Cuevas is hired by the Sheriff to help catch the mysterious thief "Black Rider".

At the end of the last civil-military dictatorship, a camouflage operation took place in the Information Service, an office of the former Rosario Police Headquarters that operated as a clandestine detention center in the heart of the city. This architectural intervention, not recorded in the plans, obscures the survivors' accounts and hides the traces of crimes against humanity. Drawing on images, previously unpublished archives, and survivor testimonies, the documentary explores the scars of political repression and highlights the importance of preserving memorial spaces to ensure the transmission of fundamental events in our contemporary history.

For him, the time to face history has come. Along with Manescu and Piscoci, he is trying to answer for himself a question which for 16 years has not had an answer: "Was it or wasn't it a revolution in their town?"

The plot takes place in the revolutionary year of 1848. It takes us to Príbelice, where Janko Kráľ returns from Pest after the March Revolution, to acquaint the Slovak people with the famous Twelve Points, together with his friend, teacher Ján Rotarides. They were voted on at the last Hungarian Diet in Bratislava with the promise of freedom and equality for Slovaks.
