Chef at Home is a culinary competition, recorded simultaneously remotely and without the physical presence of professional film crews. Under the leadership of Chilean chef Chris Carpentier, this virtual challenge will have the famous participants demonstrate their talent and creativity to prepare the best dishes from their own homes. Each broadcast will feature three contestants (or couples) from Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, who will receive a basket with the same ingredients in their kitchens. Participating chefs and celebrities from each country must cook within a time limit to present original, creative and visually striking dishes. Additionally, as the competition progresses, participants must solve trivia and overcome some unexpected obstacles.

For over 20 years Out of Town was a television program that provided a window on country life in rural Britain. Fishermen and farriers, horsemen and horticulturalists were prominently featured as presenter Jack Hargreaves took the Southern Television cameras around the country to explore pursuits and activities in the 1960s, 70s and early 80s many of which have long since disappeared. When Out Of Town was first broadcast by ITV, these programs soon won a large following for the entertaining and informative way that they gave a gentle insight into country life, but as time has passed since the last transmission in 1981 they have become a nostalgic historical record of life in Britain from a bygone age.

What were things like behind the fences of the overcrowded registration center for asylum seekers in Ter Apel in 2023? In the year that the cabinet fell over asylum and the subject of migration had a major influence on the outcome of the House of Representatives elections, documentary makers Hans Hermans and Martin Maat were given exclusive access to a normally carefully shielded world for a year. They filmed how asylum seekers had to sleep on the floor of the IND waiting rooms in Ter Apel. In December, the makers witnessed how the IND management decided, after the visit of the inspectorate, that sleeping in the waiting rooms was no longer allowed. The four-part BNNVARA series offers an unprecedented insight into the heart of the asylum crisis and also shows the conditions on the life-threatening escape routes before refugees apply for asylum in the Netherlands.
