When an adopted brother and his younger sister are kidnapped, they must escape before the kidnappers and their twisted relationships implode.

After getting out of jail where she learned how to take care of the sick, Alma, an albino woman, decides to recover something much more important than her own freedom. In order to do so, Alma is forced to take care of Clemente (a hypochondriac with an OCD to avoid a sudden death) at night. They find him guilty and he is sent back into the forest to be hunted down by the family. The deeper Matt runs into the forest the farther his mind is lost to the Blackwoods.
