A worn-out woman makes her way to the elevator, weary from a long day's work. Her anticipation of home turns to dread as she finds a lifeless figure in her apartment. Panic grips her as she races to seek help, her cries for assistance met with unsettling silence from her neighbors.

Juno encounters different characters in his dreams as he seeks to make sense of his past with Clarissa. Confusing and distorted memories haunt him and prevent him from moving forward in the writing of his novel. Juno asks his best friend Dyno for help to solve the enigma that haunts him so much and that dwells in the deepest part of his being. Dyno will perform a ritual in order to clarify to Juno all his thoughts and the final meaning that is inside him, in his innermost, darkest depths.

The two-channel piece Remote Control is an exercise in manipulation and control between artist and subject, male and female. On separate channels, the viewer sees Acconci and Kathy Dillon sitting alone in wooden boxes in different rooms, each facing a static camera. Although they can only see and hear each other on separate monitors, they attempt to interact and respond to one another directly, as if their communication were unmediated. Through language and gesture, Acconci tries to manipulate Dillon's actions from his box, as though by remote control.
