A worn-out woman makes her way to the elevator, weary from a long day's work. Her anticipation of home turns to dread as she finds a lifeless figure in her apartment. Panic grips her as she races to seek help, her cries for assistance met with unsettling silence from her neighbors.

The story is set in a heavenly village on the Mexican west coast. To the west is the Pacific Ocean, immense, ominous, tumultuous, and on the opposite side is the jungle, lush, thick and populated by all sorts of animals. Violeta Martinez was born there.

The film chronicles a day in the life of a man during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, but something inside his house isn't quite right.
