The movie starts with Ajay (Ajay Devgan) telling a boy that he should make his move on a girl he likes. The boy (who is his son) tells him that if he can go woo another older lady, he will tell the girl he likes about his feelings.

The story revolves around Rita. She is a beautiful girl who lost her memory due to an uncertain incident. Trouble arises when two persons named Vijay And Ramesh claim to be her husband. She, along with her dog, investigates.

Divya loved Suraj who is now no more she marries Vijay for the sake of her family and plans to divorce him soon but will Vijay agree to her terms.
