Black Summoner (_Kuro no Shoukanshi_), is an isekai anime that has an OP protagonist who begins his new life after resurrection by a female goddess. Before he could begin his new life he had to set certain details in order. The prep phase was in the format of a video game where you have only so many points to spend in order to have certain attributes or specialize in certain skills. The protagonist, so he could be far above average gave up memories of his previous life so that he coud have max level of skills in his chosen occupation. It turns out that this loss of memory (so far) is not as detrimental to the hero, as the story doesn't seem to have any significant impact on his previous life nor does it draw on anything of what the hero used to be before coming to the fantasy world. With his skills in place the goddess places in him in his new reality where he must begin at the bottom. It doesn't take long for him to gain followers (a harem mostly) of individuals who will be able to help the hero become stronger and defend against all the greater threats who present a challenge. It's not a bad anime. The protagonist is a little too arrogant. The females are a bit too needy, though strong, and the fan service level is at a 1/10; but again this series isn't terrible. It's definitely shounen base. Good luck in your viewing!! -- Bob --
