Æon Flux is set in a bizarre, dystopian future world. The title character is a tall, leather-clad secret agent from the nation of Monica, skilled in assassination and acrobatics. Her mission is to infiltrate the strongholds of the neighboring country of Bregna, which is led by her sometimes-nemesis and sometimes-lover Trevor Goodchild. Monica represents a dynamic anarchist society, while Bregna embodies a police state.

300 years ago, the interstellar colonization transport, The Mesopotamia, had an accident, setting mankind down on the surface of Terra II. The only survivors were six males. Due to a twist of events, the hard-working Otaru visits the run-down Pioneer Museum, where, remembering his childhood, he sees the painting of a woman, titled: "In the memory of the human female." Flash Gordon is a 1996 animated television series based on the science fiction comic strip of the same name. The character, who had been around in the comics pages since Alex Raymond created him in 1934, had already starred in several movie serials, a 1980 feature, and two earlier cartoon series — The New Adventures of Flash Gordon and Defenders of the Earth.

Jeopardy is a BAFTA award-winning British television series which ran for three seasons, from 2002 to 2004, on BBC One. Jeopardy still airs in Australia on ABC3 and, as of 10 September 2010, ABC1.
