Ghost Recon: Alpha

When a young woman fills in for her friend on a babysitting job, she begins to suspect things are not as they seem. She's right.

Elephants Dream is the story of two strange characters exploring a capricious and seemingly infinite machine. The elder, Proog, acts as a tour-guide and protector, happily showing off the sights and dangers of the machine to his initially curious but increasingly skeptical protege Emo. As their journey unfolds we discover signs that the machine is not all Proog thinks it is, and his guiding takes on a more desperate aspect. Elephants Dream is a story about communication and fiction, made purposefully open-ended as the world’s first 3D animated “Open movie”. The film itself is released under the Creative Commons license, along with the entirety of the production files used to make it (roughly 7 Gigabytes of data). The software used to make the movie is the free/open source animation suite Blender along with other open source software, thus allowing the movie to be remade, remixed and re-purposed with only a computer and the data on the DVD or download.

A woman visits a deserted old industrial building. Once there, she encounters two children. They lead her deeper inside the building and closer to their dark secret. What started as an innocent game, has suddenly become an odd ballet.

Year 2086. Kate Sorin never imagined how volunteering herself as "base citizen" for Project Shell would determine her fate. Soon began the riots. The clones started a rebellion, trying to escape using any means. To control outbreaks of violence and retrieve escaped units the UNCORP created a specialized police unit, the CHD (Clone Hunter Division). The individual 0258 escaped impersonating Kate, but everything went wrong and she saw herself forced to kidnap Kate´s daughter to survive, who died in the crossfire. Since that moment, Kate joined the CHD with a single goal, to find 0258 and avenge the death of his daughter.

This animated short by Norman McLaren is a publicity message for a war bond campaign. Symbols, a stick man and lettering are drawn directly on 35mm film stock and synchronized with a brass band rendition of Sousa's march "The Thunderer."

Roads Ahead

Emir is sleeping at his girlfriend Seren's house. Seren wakes Emir up and tells him that she is going to the hairdresser. Emir does not want to be alone because he was kidnapped in the past. He tries to convince Seren to stay with him, but he fails. Shortly after Seren leaves the house, Seren's neighbor Eren appears at the door. Emir remembers the voice of Eren. Eren is the person who kidnapped Emir in the past. Emir waits for Seren in fear. Seren comes back after a while. But Eren never acts suspicious. Seren tells Emir that he was not kidnapped, that they were all in his head, that he had suspected others before, and that they could no longer see them. The reason they couldn't see them is that Emir himself kidnaps the people he thinks kidnapped him. And his last victim is his neighbor Eren.

When a teenage girl goes missing in the woods, it's up to an aging sheriff to find her. With his deputy questioning his every move, this small town sheriff will have to face the wrath of the girl's abusive father in order to bring her home safe before it's too late.
