Alphonse Brown, who firmly believes he is the bastard son of James Brown, meets up with his best friend Scotch after Brown gets out of jail. On their way to Paris to begin careers as recording artists, the pair stumbles across a potent type of marijuana that was engineered by the Nazis. Their decision to begin selling the stuff leads to a variety of people chasing after them.

As the guys plan a house party complete with liquor, girls and weed, their "best bud" Barney Bumble gets set-up by his new rival Larry Poppins and gets busted by the cops for selling marijuana, Jimmy, Oscar and Arnie have to come to the rescue and get some payback against the new neighborhood drug dealer who's been trying to move in on Barney's turf.

This unforgettable anti-drug yarn, inspired by the educational films screened in high school health class, was made by Smith and Matt Groening in tandem, with Groening appearing on-screen.
