Busan, South Korea, 1970s. Lee Doo-sam is a small-time smuggler. After helping a drug gang to smuggle meth, he falls into the dark crime world. Quick-witted and full of ambition, he eventually takes over the drug underworld and starts to lead a double life: a good community leader during the day but an infamous drug lord during the night.

When radicals from Japan's Red Army took a woman hostage in the resort town of Karuizawa, Nagano in 1972, Officer Atsuyuki Sassa was put in charge of diffusing the situation. Piles of debt forces Xia Aimei (Franda), a girl from Yangshuo Guangxi, China, to be involved with human trafficking network. She is brought to Jakarta as an escort in a luxurious night club. One day Xia met AJ Park (Samuel Rizal), a cameraman who has been working in a documentary film production Discovery Underworld International. AJ meeting with Xia brought him to immigration officer conducting a human trafficking investigation and ultimately led AJ to a quest of saving Xia from the crime ring.

The film tells the story of three childhood friends. The trio all had dreams to fulfill 'when they grew up', but time and destiny seem to have other plans for them. A difficult life is forced upon them when the elder brother of one of these three men is hit by the vehicle of a shady character called Chewang (Robin Tamang) and left completely paralyzed. The three friends then find themselves in the way of a criminal gang called 'Royal', of which Chewang is the leader.

The film stars new actors of Nepalese film industry like Anmol K.C., Gaurav Pahadi, Salon Basnet, Rista Basnet. This film also debuted model Prakreeti Shrestha as actress. The film is about the struggling life of teenagers in a hostel. It features love, betrayal, friendship, emotions, family ties and so on.
