A sheltered young high society woman joins the US Army on a whim and finds herself in a more difficult situation than she ever expected.

Aspiring filmmakers Mel Funn, Marty Eggs and Dom Bell go to a financially troubled studio with an idea for a silent movie. In an effort to make the movie more marketable, they attempt to recruit a number of big name stars to appear, while the studio's creditors attempt to thwart them.

Pedro travels from Spain to Argentina for a vacation at his uncle's home, where he meets Maxi again, a childhood friend. Maxi is surprised when he finds out Pedro is gay. When Maxi finds his ex-girlfriend is also there, he asks Pedro to pretend to be his boyfriend to win her back. Pedro accepts the game, unaware of the dangers of playing with love.

When young Buddy falls into Santa's gift sack on Christmas Eve, he's transported back to the North Pole and raised as a toy-making elf by Santa's helpers. Tomás and Paco craft low-budget short films. They are good friends and they both share the same dream of becoming filmmakers.
