Their unnatural union bears fruit but when both are killed, the eight unborn pups are reincarnated as the eight Dog Warriors - The Hakkenden. As they slowly find each other and come together as a group, these eight warriors, who represent the eight separate aspects of Bushido, engage in bloody battles with demonic entities and evil samurai in a final attempt to redeem their clan!

Revisioned: Tomb Raider Animated Series is a ten-part animated series based on the Tomb Raider series. It was distributed through the online video game service GameTap from July 10, 2007 to November 13, 2007. The series consists of various animation and comic book talent's renditions of Lara Croft, presented in the form of animated short films. The series was originally intended to conclude on August 23, 2007, but date for the final episode was changed to November 13, 2007.

A side story to the original 'Round Vernian Vifam' taking place between episode 22 and 26. Takeyuki Kanda, director of the original series, passed away during the planning stages of 'Vifam 13'. Toshifumi Kawase was selected to carry on his work, and the series was produced and broadcasted in his memory.
