Everyone knows Bluey is an amazing show, Despite the watering down and removal of Australian language and humour to make it more appetising to the American audiences that, I'm sure, are smart enough to handle "capsicum salad".
Unfortunately this book series is just boring to my kids, My 9 and 4 year old both disliked it to the point of choosing to not watch anything instead, They said the narrators "said all the words weird" and according to my 4 year old "They didn't even know the bluey stories they were reading" which to her is shocking to think anyone out there doesn't have an intimate knowledge of the Heelers.
So, looks like this is just not filling the gap in content even remotely, Not for the kids and not for me, despite the "celebrities" trotted out from that wild time, the 80's.
