The Danish magician and comedian Rune Klan toured Denmark - including Bornholm and Greenland - with “The Striped Show” in fall 2013 and spring 2014. The show was performed 87 times and was seen by more than 50,000 enthusiastic audience members. Now you can look forward to seeing or re-watching “The Striped Show”, where Rune the joker once again shows that he masters the combination of comedy and magic.

Simon Talbot has just finished his epic tour with the show ‘Make Denmark Great Again’. Now the Danish comedian is setting his sights on world domination and touring Scandinavia with his brand new English-language stand-up show ‘Danish Invasion’. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the foreign shows were canceled, while the Danish part of the tour went ahead.

This has made Simon smarter on Americans, politics and comedy. A knowledge he will now use to 'Make Denmark Great Again'. In the one-man show of the same name, Talbot offers funny and embarrassing video clips from his American escapades, in which he has appeared in the hunt for 'The American Dream' at everything from taco shops to major venues - but has repeatedly had to prove that the meeting between Danish and American humor is not always a match.

3 years after the success of ‘The Striped Show’, the world-renowned magician and comedian Rune Klan is back on Danish stages with a new one-man show. His fifth in a row. The comedy and sharp repartee are in a league of their own, but the magic remains the focal point and unique trademark. With ‘Childless’, the charismatic Rune Klan will offer plenty of surprises, new tricks and groundbreaking ideas with his disarming manner, and a constant curiosity for the audience he loves to pamper. Rune is not a fan of traditional classic magic shows where you wear a tuxedo, top hat and take yourself very seriously. Paradoxically, Rune has been heavily inspired by the big Las Vegas shows with big props, but that's where the party stops... It's still Rune Klan. The show is called “Rune Klan Goes Large” and that's exactly what he does - magnifies it all up! Rune toured with “Going Large” in 2007.

The show Hopeful is a reflection of Rune Klans life and the present. Created on the inspiration that has grown within him as he has become a father, husband and adult.

With the new show Optur, it's time to laugh and have a good time again, where Simon Talbot in his usual style transforms themes from his own life, such as hair loss, social media, cats, gaming, nose hair, Danish laws, the contrast of growing up with a Jehovah's Witness mother and Irish street boy father, married life, women's overly hot baths, and much much more, into jokes we can all laugh at. Over the past year, Simon has had stress reactions, spent too much time on social media, watched (way) too much Tiger King and acquired a sugar addiction, which he turns into a brand new Danish-language comedy show.

Contemporary topics with weight are taken up and dealt with. And through magic and in a caustic style, Rune, with his well-known self-ironic distance, makes room for new thoughts.

Sanne Søndergaard loves men, but she also hates them. Because why should they have it easier because they happen to be born with a dick?
