Along his way back to the Baron 's lair, Rat is met by Lacey Shadows who attempts to recover the eye instead of Rat for the Baron. The two fight over who is able to return the artifact and ultimately it is revealed that Lacey is actually Agent Xero in disguise. After being revealed, she foils the Baron's plans and Xero and her sidekick Katz return the eye, though not before her communication bracelet is seized...

The fate of the main character is marked by financial problems, but also by the drug history of his loved ones. The film alternates between tragic moments and humorous dialogues, which are often interwoven with the slang expressions of today's youth. The plot is complemented by 12 original songs of various musical genres, sung by the performers.
