Ariane wears a hazmat suit to protect herself from the world. Forced to go out one night to visit her dying mother in the hospital, she is stalked by a mysterious creature that only appears when filmed by her phone.

During a cold night, 9-year-old Ana has her room invaded by the Tailorman, an evil spirit who seeks an innocent soul. She is only safe when within her blanket, which the creature cannot trespass. But to protect herself, and her kitten Duchess, Ana must seek how to destroy this creature, and the answer may lie on an old book of folktales: The Midnight Threshold.
