Rose, a desperate mother, takes her adopted daughter, Sharon, to the town of Silent Hill in an attempt to cure her of her ailment. After a violent car crash, Sharon disappears, and Rose embarks on a horrific journey to get her back and begins to uncover the truth behind the apocalyptic disaster that burned the town 30 years earlier.

A couple plots to murder a random stranger just for the thrill of it, but things turn ugly when one of them decides not to go through with it.

Mayang and Sekarsari want to find Gobang and take revenge for the death of their parents. They receive from their teacher special swords. He also warns Mayang her sword must not fall into the hands of another person. If it is violated by their own sword, she would immediately paralyzed."
