WWE SummerSlam 2016

WWE's 33rd annual "biggest party of the summer" features Drew McIntyre defending his WWE Championship against Randy Orton and Dominik Mysterio in his debut match, taking on Seth Rollins.

The biggest event of the summer just got hotter when SummerSlam returns to the east coast and invades Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY! SummerSlam (2014) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It took place on August 17, 2014 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.[1] It was the twenty-seventh annual SummerSlam, and the sixth consecutive event held at the Staples Center. This was the first pay-per-view in which the promotional poster incorporated the new WWE logo. Eight professional wrestling matches were scheduled on the event's main card and one match took place on the pre-show, which was streamed on the WWE Network.

Battleground (2014) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It took place on July 20, 2014 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa, Florida. It was the second event under the Battleground chronology, with the event having originated in 2013. Nine matches (including, for the first time ever, two pre-shows) took place at the event.
