Continuation of the movie almanac based on the memoirs about the country. A large-scale media project at the junction of a one-man show, animation and a documentary series. Each episode is an excerpt from a book of memories read by a famous artist. The video sequence was created by leading animation artists, and the music was written by a modern composer. The film is a journey through the pages of Russia's past, which comes to life thanks to sincere and personal testimonies. The heroes of the project are both prominent and not very well–known figures of Russian culture, art and history: writers, composers, artists, public figures and ordinary people.

The adventures of three university students who live in the same boarding house. Ugo, the most serious one, is in love with Lea, daughter of the lodger. Aldo is a practical joker, Bartolozzi is the shiest. Ugo and Lea's love story becomes stormy because of Aldo.

"I wanted badly to make an animated short and had no camera available. I did have some old, unused film stock and several roles of 16mm sound tape. So I used that- plus a variety of of discarded surgical instruments and the sharp edge of a screwdriver- by cutting, etching, and painting directly on both film and tape."

This political thriller centers on a young hero who returns to Israel from Berlin to ostensibly attend the funeral of his father, a convicted Russian spy. Instead he learns that the death was a ruse and that he is to be the bait in an elaborate scheme to catch his father, who has just escaped from prison. When the son learns the truth, he enters the desert to search for his father. He is assisted by a beautiful young actress. They are constantly followed by a pair of determined cops.

As Ye juggles secrecy, a strained romance, and rising tensions, the lines between duty and personal life begin to blur.

Mary Jones, slavey, lonely and unloved, advertises in a matrimonial paper for a good man to marry her. Charlie Brown, village sport, answers the ad. He signs it with the name of "Silent Sandy," his bachelor friend, telling Mary to come at once and he will make her happy. Mary comes. Sandy, willing to meet her, she looks him up. The tender hearted bachelor, realizing from the grins of Charlie and his pal that this is a put up job of theirs, marries Mary out of pity. Mary discovers "the joke," and that Silent Sandy did not marry her for love. As she is very much in love with her husband, this nearly breaks her heart. Meanwhile, Charlie has become fascinated by Mary's beauty. He declares his feelings, begging her to elope with him. Mary, furiously unhappy, repulses him, and Sandy comes in just in time to finish up Charlie.

When an international business merger is assigned to a rude and condescending senior executive, a curse that affects his ability to speak properly is cast on him by an office cleaner.
