It was an innocent time, a time for pastel dresses, jukebox music and Elvis worship. Life in Bangkok then was a very different from now, when the boys did their hair like James Dean and the girls wore outfits with an eye towards prudence. At one of the local dances, attended to by all the young people in town, a boy meets a girl. As they dance together for the first time, a love is born. And first loves, in a way, always last forever. But is everything as it seems in this idyllic place and time? For, as she is soon about to discover, looks can be deceiving, and the young man she has just become devoted to may be a lot more vicious, and dangerous, then she ever could have imagined. Is an era of peace and innocence about to end?

It looks like bad luck comes in two’s when Win, a young man working as a Creative, lost his job and got himself mixed up in a despicable plot to capture Ae. Ae was a privileged rich girl who had witnessed the murder of a businessman’s son. Ae fabricated a story for her father about Win being a kidnapper and asking for a ransom, as she wanted to aggravate her father for believing her stepmother’s lies when she told him Ae was a murderer.

Keng is a young and pretty young girl who’s often mistaken for a boy because she’s a bit of a tomboy. She meets Yokhin, a popular and handsome author. Yokhin quickly takes a liking to Keng because she’s obviously hardworking, honest and brave; she works very hard to take care of her sick mother, her grandmother and her indebted father but never gets out from the right path. Yokhin invites Keng to work for him, mistakenly believing she’s a boy. Keng lets him think so because she’s afraid he won’t let her work for him if he knows she’s a girl.

Fluke works as a waiter in a posh restaurant. He provides for himself well and is ambitious to boot. Care, his mother who is addicted to gambling, Kang and Namtaan are neighbors of Fluke and are just like real sisters. Lam Pao's is widowed, divorced from her husband. Despite her young age, but she has retained her beauty throughout her life. She is a high society, with many close friends. The triad of love relationships, betrayal and hope begins.
