Sinterklaas plans to celebrate his birthday lavishly. This year, he's coming to the Netherlands for the hundredth time, and that's reason for a big party. He wants every child in the Netherlands to receive an extra present this year. At the same time, the Pieten (Black Petes) plan to surprise Sinterklaas with a big party, culminating in a special performance by one of the Netherlands' most famous artists. Robbie Reuzel, whose birthday is also on December 5th, hears about Sinterklaas's grand plans and becomes furious. After all, it's not the first time his birthday has been ruined by Pakjesavond (Santa's Eve). He devises a plan to outwit Sinterklaas, taking advantage of his witty neighbor, among other things. Will Robbie Reuzel succeed in thwarting Pakjesavond, or will the Pieten smell a rat and save the Sinterklaas celebration?

From February 10, this comic program led by Ruben Nicolai can be seen on television. Two team captains compete every week with two celebrities in their team for the most likes. Tijl Beckand and Nynke de Jong are the team captains who dive into the treasure trove of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, blogs and vlogs every Wednesday. In various games, all kinds of special facts from the wonderful online world of famous Dutch people pass by. The biggest stars of Dutch music, a pub setting with beer, bitterballen and 200 enthusiastic music lovers: the brand new SBS6 music program Het Holland Huis is the nicest pub in the Netherlands. Each week one well-known singer is central. Artists such as Frans Bauer, André Hazes, Tino Martin and Mart Hoogkamer turn every episode into a musical party. The audience is treated to old hits, new songs, guest appearances and surprising new talent. In between there will be a quiz for a good cause. One thing is certain: the roof is coming off! The Holland House is presented by Roxeanne Hazes!

Baantjer is a Dutch television programme which was broadcast by RTL 4 from 6 October 1995 until 1 December 2006 for a total of 123 episodes in 12 seasons. It stars Piet Römer as Jurriaan 'Jurre' de Cock, a police detective, and Victor Reinier as Dick Vledder, his helper. The series is based on the novels of writer A. C. Baantjer. In 1999, RTL 4 broadcast the television film Baantjer, de film: De Cock en de wraak zonder einde because of the tenth anniversary of the network.

De Lama's is a Dutch television show made by BNN and first aired on 26 June 2004. It is an adaptation of the Channel 4 show Whose Line is it Anyway?. Patrick Lodiers hosts the show, which contains both well-known and more obscure elements of theatresports. The most important of these is improvisation. De Lama's consist of the following comedians: Ruben Nicolai, Tijl Beckand, Ruben van der Meer and Jeroen van Koningsbrugge. Jandino Asporaat, Ad-Just Bouwman, Sara Kroos, Arie Koomen, Kristel Zweers and Martijn Oosterhuis are ex-Lama's. Other than in the British and American series, every episode of De Lama's features a Guest Llama, a well-known Dutch person who offers suggestions for games and always joins the regulars for one or two games at the end. At the end of 2006, regulars Sara Kroos and Arie Koomen left the show, leaving it with only three regular performers. To help alleviate this problem, broadcaster BNN organised a televised competition, Lama Gezocht, in order to find a new performer to round out the team. Ad-Just Bouwman eventually won this competition, and joined the Llamas. He, however, is no longer part of the troupe, reportedly because his artistic style didn't fit in with the other Llamas. Another recently 'llamafied' performer, Jandino Asporaat, left at around the same time to focus on his own theatre production, although rumour has it that his style clashed with the remaining three members as well. Jeroen van Koningsbrugge is the only new member to remain with the Llamas until the end.
