Hijack is an action thriller. The film revolves around Vikram Madan (Shiney Ahuja) who is a ground maintenance officer at the Chandigarh airport. His social life is limited to one friend, Rajeev, who is the Security Chief of the same airport. As luck would have it, the flight in which Vikram’s daughter was traveling to Amritsar from Delhi, is hijacked.

Dr. Bhaskar Bannerjee struggles with his patients' suffering and the darkness and poverty he confronts daily. He treats cancer patient Anand who upon learning of his impending death determines to use the time he has left to the absolute fullest.

When the young guest of honor is kidnapped from a birthday party, five courageous kids risk everything to rescue their friend.
