For the very first time, two of the greatest voices in musical theatre, Rachel Tucker & John Owen-Jones, join forces onstage for One Night Stand – an intimate show where they’ll perform musical favourites….and songs you’ve never heard them sing before. Both artists are renowned for their work in the West End and Broadway, Rachel as Beverley Bass (Come From Away) and Elphaba (Wicked) and John as Jean Valjean (Les Misérables) and as The Phantom (The Phantom of the Opera).

Featuring a dazzling cast singing songs including: “I am a Pirate King”; “Oh, happy day, with joyous glee” and “A rollicking band of pirates we”, they are sure to raise the roof off the Palace Theatre!

Together, over a period of several months, they pursue a mutual sexual passion whose inevitable stages unfold in counterpoint to nine live-concert songs.

The big band 'Swing Girls & A Boy' formed in the movie 'SWING GIRLS'. This concert will be the culmination of that, and deliver their first and last concert! In addition to the fresh big band jazz of the girls who jumped out of the movie, the folk duo from the film "Coelacanth" appears.
