John Sebastian – Live at Iowa State University captures the former Lovin’ Spoonful frontman in a warm and intimate 1987 performance recorded at Iowa State University. Joined on stage by guitarist David Bromberg, Sebastian revisits classic Spoonful hits like “Daydream,” “Do You Believe in Magic,” and “You Didn’t Have to Be So Nice,” alongside solo numbers and folk-blues standards that showcase his rootsy charm and musicianship. Blending witty anecdotes, heartfelt delivery, and acoustic virtuosity, the concert highlights Sebastian’s enduring legacy as one of America’s most beloved singer-songwriters. The program was later released on DVD, preserving a timeless set for fans of folk rock and classic 1960s pop.

The International Classic Rock Festival is a concert compilation showcasing standout performances from a multi-night rock festival held across London and New Jersey in 2003. This DVD highlights 16 songs by legendary rock and progressive acts including Uriah Heep, Asia, Focus, Caravan, Nektar, Kansas (Karnataka), and Mostly Autumn. In addition to full live performances, the release features backstage featurettes and extra footage of bands like Nektar and Focus, offering a glimpse behind the scenes.

The Konzerthausorchester Berlin, conducted by Joana Mallwitz, opens the 2025–2026 season with Maurice Ravel's hypnotic Boléro. Throughout the film, director Mike Gordon (of Phish, who also plays on the album) interviews Woody's family and bandmates and also discusses the philosophy and technique of bass playing with a number of the instrument's legends, including Chris Squire, Les Claypool, John Entwistle, Flea, Bootsy Collins, Mike Watt, Roger Glover and others.

The nascent opera genre was producing its first masterpieces at the time, with composers such as Monteverdi, Cesti, Cavalli and Stradella. These genius composers laid the foundations for opera and helped establish it as a major art form. The programme includes arias, love laments and scenes of madness.
