The members are headed by graphic designer Koichi Emura, sculpting and 3DCG artist Masatsuka Kimura, multi-talented singer Asami Wakeshima, and filmmaker Yoshimasa Ishibashi. Since her thrilling, 1995 debut at the San Francisco Opera, soprano Anna Netrebko has starred with opera companies and orchestras worldwide. In this vivid transposition of contemporary music for television, Cahen "responds" to the complex musical transitions of Répons, a work by French composer Pierre Boulez. Performed by the Ensemble InterContemporain and conducted by Boulez, the intricate Répons was designed for an ensemble of twenty-four musicians, six soloists and a "real-time" digital processor. In Cahen's re-composed interpretation, he responds with visual and temporal transformations, "opening" the images in space and time and applying electronic techniques to engulf the instrumentalists in ocean, sky, and trees. Mirage-like superimpositions, temporal shifts, mirroring effects and de-synchronization result in a rhythmic confluence of the illusory and the real. Immersing the viewer in image and sound, Cahen mirrors the transformative process of Boulez's music.

The union of the Indestructible Objet (1923-1959) by Man Ray and L'Infiltration homogenee for grand piano by Joseph Beuys (1966). Here the intersection of two temporalities is at stake: one punctuated by the pulsations of the metronome, the other marked by the continuous silence of Beuys’ piano.

This was edited by myself for Level 6 student Louise Bann, who is studying history of art & museum studies. She is creating an exhibition called THE RAVE ARCHIVES. The exhibition is about the culture surrounding rave music. This Audio-Visual piece is 'Lost Media' - an old VHS tape lying around to be found once again by its owner, who is now able to relive days long gone from when they were involved in the rave scene in the 90's. The footage showcases the underground scene that celebrated youth culture and acceptance, but still has a sinister edge to it that the rave scene will always be associated with due to the heavy use of drugs. The owner and the viewer are disrupted as the footage cuts out, only for the footage to play on a loop once again, similar to the nature of raves themselves.

Saw and imagined in the children's fantasy the story of grandmother of Christ and the Apostles a little girl. They finally disappeared from use only in the 60-ies of the last century. Of course, their creators were not professional painters or connoisseurs of theology. Drew, as best they could, she felt, not knowing neither rules nor laws. Simple uneducated people, nuggets, sought to glorify God with their creativity, that resonates in the hearts of those of peasants or artisans as they are.

"Time, forward!" - two orchestral suites by George Sviridov, published for the first time in 1968 (first suite) and in 1977 (second suite). The suites were created on the basis of music for the film "Time, Forward!" By Mikhail Schweitzer (based on the novel of the same name by Valentin Kataev, shot in 1965, released in 1966), dedicated to the construction of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Combine. From the first suite, the most famous part is "Time, forward!". Subsequently, it was used in a number of films, in television and radio programs, documentary films about the first five-year plans, industrialization, and post-war reconstruction. Sergei Oskolkov composed his suite: "Time, back!" The film is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the revolution in Russia.

In Oklahoma City on August 12, 2045, at 1:27 PM, a mysterious celestial body referred to as ‘The Eclipse’ arrived on Earth and destroyed the Sun, leaving the world in a dark hellscape. The last remaining survivor documents the aftermath and tries to uncover the mystery behind ‘The Eclipse’.
