One day, "Dreamia", a "children's lunch theme park" where you can play and eat as much as you want, opens in a delicious town. Komekome and the others had fun playing together, including having Cait Sith, the school principal, treat the children to lunch, but Rosemary turned into a stuffed animal...

A Mardi Gras celebration, looking pretty much like any carnival. Bluto is a strongman, claiming to be King of the Mardi Gras, and drawing a large crowd. Popeye, nearby, claims only, "I yam what I yam," and has no crowd, but still draws Bluto's wrath.

His nephews come by and he offers them a free shot, but when the first one hits all the targets, the notoriously cheap Donald switches a cheap prize for the correct one. He then gives the other two boys gimmicked guns; the last one is empty, but the targets break anyway because one boy is hitting them from behind. Donald chases them off; they use the mystic's booth next door to get revenge.
