Katya, a young librarian, believes in love, but her ideals are crushed by reality. But then the First Department interferes: the state security services see this relationship as unacceptable for a Soviet woman.

Joe tells her life and sexual experiences with hundreds of men since she was a young teenager while Seligman tells about his hobbies, such as fly fishing, reading about Fibonacci numbers or listening to organ music.

They plan to have the bank robbed after emptying it, and when Willie's choice for this doesn't show in time, he gets some local boys to do it. When his man does turn up he decides to stick around, as he is pals with the sheriff and also takes a shine to Willie's daughter Allison. This gives the bad men several new problems.

As his mission plays out, Mars must decide whether to follow his orders or conscience. When he does, things change.

Like most Fleischer cartoons from the early '30s, there are lots of stream-of-conscious gags here. They are related by Bimbo's adventures as a mailman.

Love is blooming at Sakuragaoka High School. Natsuki Enomoto has finally mustered the courage to confess to her childhood friend, Yuu Setoguchi.
