Italy, 1970. Giordano Bruno Guerri, president of the Vittoriale foundation, leads a chaptered account of D'Annunzio's writing, his affairs, his politics and his military exploits, closing on his uneasy relationship with Mussolini, who admired and feared him in equal measure.

Saviano’s novel broke the Mafia’s vow of silence, but he paid a high price for it: The author has been living under police protection for 20 years.

Eighteen year old Irma Testa is Italy’s first female boxer to make it to the Olympics. It’s a remarkable outcome for a girl raised in one of the poorest, most crime-ridden neighborhoods of Naples.. The more Irma succeeds though, the more fragile she becomes. After a crushing defeat at the Games in Rio, she questions whether boxing is her future. She wants to chart her own path, but must first take a hard look at her personal life which she has avoided for so long.

FRANKREICH WIR KOMMEN is a highly enjoyable documentary, obviously intended for TV, but showing at film festivals. It shows us the highlights of the 1998 World Cup Championships in France through the eyes of several interesting and diverse fans of the Austrian national team. Entertaining, even for those not interested in football.
