Based on the Broadway musical, based on the 1997 animated film of the same name. A millennia ago, the Wen people lived in the beautiful, fertile land of Yali, where they built the statelet of Wen. Around 800 B.C.E., King Xuan of the Zhou dynasty engaged in battle with Ma Lan, leader of Wen, and invaded the smaller state. Yali came under Zhou rule, but in the Valley of Xuanyao, a sacred place associated with the Wen's deity, Liu Liliu, a few resistance fighters covertly continued the struggle against their would-be conquerors. It is now spring. A young man who has been dispatched from Haojing, the Zhou capital, steps foot into Yali. His mission is to find the Valley of Xuanyao, where forces hostile still against King Xuan remain in hiding, and to bring them under the yoke of Zhou.

The musical is followed by a Japan Traditional Revue titled "Welcome to Takarazuka." The theme for this revue show comes from the beauty of the four seasons in which the spirituality of the Japanese people is based on. Kabuki legend Bando Tamasaburo is a supervising director of this show, which marks his first collaboration with the Takarazuka Revue.

Eitoku Academy is a high school that caters to rich, high-society families. Among the students who attend there are four young men who have the adulation of the entire school, the "Flower 4" (F4). There is spoiled Doumyouji Tsukasa, cool and mysterious Hanazawa Rui, playboy Nishikado Soujirou, and "madam killer" Mimasaka Akira. If these four show any signs of disliking someone, a red tag is put on the locker of that student and they become a target of bullying for the entire school.
